Boo Sutcliffe (1964 - 2023)

Boo Sutcliffe was a professional singer / songwriter based in Huddersfield who made two albums, Blink and Eleven Eight. Until his untimely death in 2023, I played multiple shows with him, and despite the issues with his illness, and the difficulties all musicians experienced throughout the pandemic, he worked hard to generate considerable interest in his material and an enthusiastic following locally. I loved playing and recording with him; he was a good friend and a positive force in my development as a musician and the world is a poorer place without him.
