Band website
Good Earth Collective are a folk / Americana band based in Holmfirth, Yorkshire, playing the songs of the talented local songwriter Steve Ansell - I've been playing with these guys since 2020; they describe me as their "swiss army knife"; I play fiddle, flute and occasionally keyboard and melodica at gigs, adding a bit of musical colour to 3 vocals, percussion, acoustic guitar, bass, and occasional accordion.
Over the last couple of years we've played several gigs including support slots for China Crisis, Boo Hewerdine and Belinda O'Hoole and, having released a series of ep's, we're currently working hard on producing our album, which we hope will be available in 2027.
